Siobhan Stapleton

I started at CHF as a gym instructor in 2018. In this time I have progressed my qualifications and studied to become and Personal Trainer.

You will see me on reception and around the gym. I also teach Clock Circuit classes. I am able to support you with your goals and help with your motivation, helping you achieve things you never thought you could.

My passion for health and fitness started many, many years ago as a coping mechanism during a turbulent time in my life and I have not looked back since. It completely helped me change my lifestyle and my mindset, allowing me to achieve many sporting achievements that I never thought possible.
