All of our instructors come from varying fitness backgrounds from athletics, basketball, rugby, cycling, martial arts and boxing. Our team love fitness and training and this is clear to see.
When you join we offer you the opportunity to book in with one of our instructors for a personalised programme, but there is always an instructor on hand if you feel you need extra motivation or want some new ideas for your training. Personalised programmes are available at any time, not just when you first join.
