FAQ

Do you have any crèche facilities?

Unfortunately at this moment in time we are unable to offer creche facilities.

We do understand that some members may now struggle to get to the gym in the school holidays. For this reason we will be adding some Zoom classes on to the time table in the holidays.

This by no means replaces the amazing creche facilities that we used to offer and we apologise for that.

Is membership on a yearly contract?

No, all memberships are paid by standing order which means you can cancel at any point. We do however recommend that you try the facilities for 3 months and we do require 1 months notice of cancellation in writing.

Is the induction extra?

No the induction is not extra. When you join you pay a one off joining fee, this includes your induction, personalised programme and any reassessments that you may have.

Do you have to book classes?

No you do not have to book for any of our classes. For classes that require equipment i.e. Body Step, Spinning, Body Pump etc we recommend arriving 10 minutes beforehand to set up.
