On Saturday 25th July we will be re-opening our doors to you. It has been such a long time, we cannot wait to see you again. To ensure that you feel safe when you train we have put a number of measures in place, some of which can be found here: COVID-19
To minimise the amount of time that is spent in reception and to ensure that you have as little waiting time as possible, we will be opening reception only from 20th – 23rd July; 9am – 1.30pm. This is for those of you who wish to re-join or restart your standing order payments.

The outdoor class trial was a success and we are so pleased to be able to offer you an outdoor class timetable for the week of 6th July.

We are very excited to tell you that we are trialling some outdoor groups exercise classes this weekend. If these classes are successful we will be making an outdoor class timetable available to you.
For these classes we have to restrict numbers to 5 participants per class, these places must be booked prior to the class taking place. Anyone who has continued to pay their monthly subscription will have priority in these classes, but they are available to anyone.
How can I book for these classes?
At the moment, to book for these classes you can; contact us on any of our social media, send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) or give us a ring Monday- Friday 9am – 1pm. We will have an online booking system available very soon.

We were hoping that we would be able to tell you that we have a reopening date of 4th July… However, due to the announcement yesterday of indoor gyms and fitness facilities not being included in the next phase of reopening we are unfortunately not able to do this.
We are following guidance from our governing body, UKActive, to ensure that when we are able to reopen we will do so with your safety and the safety of staff as our priority. We have already put a number of measures in place which we have shared with you: COVID-19 Measures.

We really hope that we will be seeing you soon, but for now we hope that you are staying fit, healthy and active.
During the time that we have been closed, work in the gym has not stopped. We have been in most days. Equipment has all been deep cleaned, serviced, recovered and repaired. The gym areas have been cleaned from top to bottom, some decorating has been done and equipment has been moved so that we are ready for social distancing when we reopen. The gents changing rooms have been refurbished, you now have lovely new showers. And in the freeweights all of the plates have been pressure washed.
We are also launching a Members Area on the website on 1st June for anyone who has made any payment during our forced closure. This will give you exclusive access to workouts and meal / snack ideas.
We are looking forward to welcoming you back through the doors as soon as we can, and we thank you for your continued support at this difficult time.
On the 20th March 2020 the government forced the closure of all gyms, health clubs and leisure centres in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19 Coronavirus. We understand that keeping active during this time is not only going to benefit us physically, but also mentally and we are here to keep you busy! But before I show to how to access all of our home workouts…
LETS TALK MONEY…
Everything is in your control, if you would like to cancel your membership during this time of forced closure we completely understand, but you need to contact your bank or go online to do this we cannot stop payments. Your bank pays us your fees, we do not take your money. This means we cannot cancel your payments, but you can!

If you would like to continue to pay your membership fees, words cannot express how thankful we are for your continued support… There will be something in place when we reopen to say thank you!
If you have paid for 3, 6 or 12 months we will be adding the extra time onto the end of your membership term.

We are doing lots to stay connected with you and keep you moving during this time. The sessions can be used as PE lessons too if you have children at home. Please let us know what you think of the sessions and suggest any that you would like us to share.
