We are very proud of the excellent standard of classes that we offer.

Whatever your ability or preference we believe we have a class for you… Take a look at our timetable, we have everything from relaxing Yoga and Pilates to high energy BodyCombat and MetaFit.

All of our classes are included in our monthly memberships. 

Non members are welcome to join in classes. Please book through reception.

Classes can be booked 7 days in advance. Please book early to avoid disappointment.

Members can log-in to book.

Non members are welcome to join classes for £7.50, please book at reception.

FAQs

ARE CLASSES INCLUDED IN MY MEMBERSHIP?

Yes, all of the classes at your membership time, are included in your membership. Peak members get all classes and Off Peak members have access to classes from 6am-2:30pm weekdays and all weekend.

DO I NEED TO BOOK MY CLASS?

Some classes can get very busy. To avoid disappointment we recommend booking. Members can do this using their members log in and non members can do this by contacting reception.

I’M A MEMBER, HOW DO I LOG IN TO BOOK?

You can either ask reception to set you up a log in or you can click here and follow the instructions to set up your own log in.

I’M NOT A MEMBER, HOW MUCH ARE CLASSES?

Classes for non members are £7:50 each.

I’VE NEVER DONE CLASSES BEFORE HOW WILL I KNOW WHAT TO DO?

Firstly, don’t worry. All of our instructors are really friendly, have a chat with them at the beginning of class. If you feel a bit lost, don’t panic have a rest and join in again when you feel ready to. Our members are so friendly they’ll help you out too!
