Please log in to your members area to book classes. Once you have booked, you will be sent a Zoom Meeting ID the day before. If the weather conditions mean that outdoor classes cannot go ahead, they will be moved to Zoom.

We are so thankful for your support during this time and hope that we are making a small amount of difference to you with our Zoom classes.
The Tuesday night HOTSPOT will be a different class for you to try each week, some you may have tried before, others you may not! Classes are online and ready to book NOW!
We cannot wait to see you back at the gym, but until then we’ll see you on Zoom!

In our aerobic studio we have regular instructed fitness classes to suit everyone. We have a wide selection of classes starting at various times with a qualified instructor. Our studio classes are included on our standard and off peak monthly membership, alternatively non members are also welcome to our classes. As a non member, payment will be taken at the time of booking or you are welcome to drop in for a class to see if there is space.
The way the classes run has changed slightly since lock down. Currently we are running classes at a capacity of 15, we have marked the studio with training zones to ensure that social distancing is not something that you have to think about. We are constantly changing and updating the timetables to ensure that we can offer you as much as possible.
We do also offer gym based classes on our functional training rig “The Clock“. These gym based classes have a maximum capacity of 10 and are bookable by following the link below.
