I have worked at CHF from day one in Bocking and have been interested in sport and fitness for as long as I can remember, competing in athletics for over 20 years. I have been county champion and ranked in the top 10 in the coutry, this is where my love for strength and plyometric training came from.

I am a fully qualified PE teacher and have a BA Hons degree in Physical Education. I left full time teaching in 2013 to pursue my fitness passion.

At CHF I work as a Personal Trainer; specialising in weight loss, strength training, TRX Suspension training and pre and post natal exercise. I also work on the gym floor and on reception.

I love teaching studio classes at CHF, you will find me teaching Body Combat, Body Pump and Les Mills Tone.

I enjoy seeing people push themselves and achieve things they never thought they could. I believe anything is possible if you set your mind to it.

I have been working in the fitness industry and been part of the CHF team since 2012. I am a keen cyclist and have completed the London to Paris bike ride. I also spent many years boxing at Halstead and also used to teach bootcamps.

Here at CHF I teach Les Mills RPM Spinning, World Jumping, The Clock and MetaFit. I enjoy focusing on core stability, circuits, suspension training and functional style training. I currently offer one to one and group training sessions.

I have worked at CHF since February 2009, I work on the gym floor as well as personal training and teaching spinning and boxercise classes. I have been a personal trainer for a number of years and I enjoy my work.

Cycling is another passion of mine, I have been lucky enough to cycle from London to Paris. In the future I would like to work towards a level 4 in strength and conditioning and cycle across Europe.

I joined CHF in 2014 as a level 2 fitness instructor. Over the years I have gained necessary experience to help you guys here in the gym with your training and lifestyle.

I am happy to work at CHF and be part of such a great team.

My role here is to support and assist you guys with:

Motivation, weight management, resistance training, cardiovascular training, strength training and nutrition.

I joined CHF in February 2017 and I have enjoyed every day. I completed a two year course at Braintree College, I gained in-depth knowledge and experience about sport and fitness. Since then I have qualified as a Personal Trainer.

I have always been involved in sport from a very young age, but karate is my main passion, I have been studying karate for over 12 years and have achieved Ni Dan (second) black belt. I also regularly compete in tournaments having won several regional titles. I have also had the privilege to represent England in the GKR Karate World Cup and achieved gold.

I love working in such a positive environment and look forward to sharing my knowledge with you.

Here at CHF you will see me in the main gym, ladies gym, reception and supporting the ladies in the creche.

I found my love for fitness many years ago after joining CHF. After a few years training and completing many events such as fun runs, half marathons. 24-mile Shine and Moonwalks, obstacle races, 64 mile treks and many more, I decided to gain my fitness instructor qualification. At CHF I am able to assist you with your training and support you in achieving your goals.

I also have a qualification in Psychology and Counselling, which I also love and will be a lifelong passion of mine.

I take great pleasure in being able to help support and motivate people, giving them the confidence to believe in themselves. I am looking forward to gaining more experience and knowledge in this profession and look forward to a positive future at CHF.

I became a member at CHF in January 2015. I had never been into fitness so I wasn’t expecting to last longer than a month. 5 years later, I am still here and loving every second. Body Combat and Boxercise are my favourite classes, but I also enjoy going into the gym and using the freeweights. Last year, along with Team CHF, I completed the 12k Nuclear Obstacle Race.

I was lucky enough to be asked to join the CHF gym team in June 2019. You will find me on reception and I also help out in the creche when I’m needed.

Outside the gym, I have always been interested in photography and have recently found a love for interior design.
