CHF are very proud of our large studio and the classes that we are able to offer with some of the best trainers in the area. We have classes to suit everyone and all classes are taught by fully qualified professionals who are passionate about what they do.
We have classes available everyday of the week at various times. Our class timetable has something for every fitness level and goal, from pilates to GRIT and MetaFit we have something for everyone. We recommend trying as many classes as you can to decide for yourself which one best suits you. If you have never done classes before, have a chat with the instructor beforehand and they will help you.
The studio floor is sprung to give your joints that extra bit of cushioning and is fully are conditioned or heated depending on the class. There is no need to book for most classes, however, we do suggest booking in for Jump and Bounce to avoid disappointment.
