We are pleased to offer an amazing variety of personal training; TRX Suspension Training, Boxing, Olympic lifting, weight loss and sports specific training to name a few. Our Personal training sessions are booked through the trainers, sessions can be anything from 30 minutes to 1.5 hours and can be individual or in groups.
