Complete Health and Fitness is a family run business that has been open to the public since 2001. We started out at a premises in Bocking in Essex but after over 4 successful years our members were growing at a considerable rate so we decided to move to a newer, bigger and better premises situated in Braintree Essex in March 06.

We now feel that we can cater for our members needs and have a large friendly gym with a very good reputation. We pride ourselves on customer service and therefore always have a helpful member of staff at the reception to help you with any questions or queries that you may have. We will also be happy to give a tour of the facilites at any time. We have a seated area where you can have a break after your workout or class and refresh yourself with one of our refrigerated drinks available.
